All orders are processed during our standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. Damaged or Lost Packages
Saint James is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped and a tracking number has been provided. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim if you experience any issues with delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
