Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Saint James purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
Return Policy Details:
- You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange.
- Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all original tags attached.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Please visit our Return Portal to initiate your return or exchange and print a prepaid shipping label.

Important Information for Returns:
- After your return is processed, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using the prepaid label for your return. You are responsible for the return shipment until it is received at our warehouse.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Returns:
For orders shipped outside of the United States, please initiate your return through our Return Portal. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges:
We are happy to help with exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges can be processed through our online Return Portal.
Return Processing Time:
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and logged into our system after we receive it. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
